Ingredients
- 2 lb.
Broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tbsp.
plus 1 tsp olive oil
- 2
small red chiles, seeded and finely chopped
Kosher salt and pepper
- 1/4 c.
panko
- 1 tbsp.
finely grated lemon zest
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 425°F. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss Broccolini with 2 Tbsp oil, half of chile, and 1/2 tsp salt. Arrange in single layer and roast until tender and crisp at edges, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in a bowl, toss panko with remaining tsp oil, then lemon zest and remaining chile. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp of mixture on Broccolini. Serve Broccolini with remaining crumbs.
