Implementing a central iPECS phone system that services all three branches has meant that staff can stay in contact between practices with the press of a button. iPECS LIP-9030 handsets with Call Recording were implemented for key users across all sites. iPECS LIP-9071 video handsets were installed in each site to conduct regular face-to-face meetings without having logistic issues.

Key Features

Implementing video calling has allowed us to significantly increase the frequency of our staff meetings. The call recording feature has allowed us to improve staff training and give our clients a better service over the phone.
